The Heart of the Kitchen

A Word from Chef Ramsay

“The hallmark of Ramsay’s Kitchen, for me, is the family dining and entertainment. That’s something that’s high on our agenda, especially in the Ramsay household.”

What's Cooking

Beef Wellington

Inspired by
A British icon

The crown jewel of Ramsay’s Kitchen, this legendary dish is the pinnacle of precision and quality with melt-in-the-mouth beef, rich mushroom duxelles, and crisp golden pastry.

Parker Rolls

Inspired by
A timeless tradition

Born in the kitchen of Boston’s Parker House Hotel in the 1870s, and still baked in ours today. These warm brioche rolls arrive golden on top and cloud-soft inside, ready for a generous swipe of sweet honey butter.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Inspired by
A family recipe

A classically indulgent British pud from the recipe book of Chef Ramsay’s mother, this one’s a family favorite for a reason. Warm date sponge, bubbling toffee caramel sauce, and a scoop of rich milk ice cream – you’ll want your own spoon for this one.

Maine-Style Lobster Roll

Inspired by
The best of Boston

A fully loaded brioche roll bursting with fresh, zesty flavor. This New England tradition is the perfect combination of indulgent chilled lobster and hot fries. Prefer yours Connecticut style? Ask your server and get ready for a friendly debate.

Seafood Cavatelli

Inspired by
The Mediterranean

An Italian classic with a New England twist, glossy black squid ink cavatelli is tossed in a rich tomato sauce and loaded with tender mussels, clams, and lobster. It’s a Ramsay’s Kitchen favorite, and for good reason.
